Welcome to the Ardán Academy of Irish Dance!
Dancers of all ages 5 years and older are welcome. You may or may not dance competitively or at shows as you choose, but we encourage you to fully participate in all school activities. You decide which avenues to pursue - Feisianna, Shows, Culture, Fitness or all of these. We will teach on an equal basis to every dancer to the best of our ability. If you have the desire and determination we promise you will be an Irish Dancer! We have locations in Michigan, Ohio and Canada.

Ardan Academy of Irish Dance has multiple "Performance Groups" who are available and excited about performing at your next event! These highly-skilled dancers range in age from 7 to 20 and have performed all over the Midwest. Their choreographed performances will thrill your audience and bring an excitement to your event that no other entertainment will! The sound of their skillful footwork and the brilliance of the colorful costumes will ensure all guests leave wanting more.

The 2012 North American Irish Dance Championships will be happening in Chicago in July 2012 and we are excited that many of Ardán's own dancers will be competing. Extra workshops and conditioning classes are being held now - if you are competing at Nationals and have not yet signed up to join these sessions, please check the "Family Login" page for more details. In addition, our school is proud to be hosting the 2012 Mid America Oireachtas in November 2012. This event takes many volunteers and a great deal of time and we're looking forward to the exhilarating affair which will take place at the DeVos Center in Grand Rapids, MI.
The Oireachtas will take place November 22-25 and more detail can be found on this site by clicking "Oireachtas 2012" to the left. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, becoming a vendor or volunteering, PLEASE contact us right away. The support of our volunteers, vendors and sponsors is what will make this event amazing!

Ardan to Perform at "Motor City Irish Fest" - June 1-3, 2012
We're so excited that Ardán has been invited back to entertain the crowds at the 2012 Motor City Irish Fest this year! Come out and enjoy the amazing dancing happening all weekend long, starting Friday night, June 1st.
